PMH Leadership Academy offers transformational development programmes designed specifically for senior professionals from equivalent to NHS Band 7 and above (including Clinical Leads, Registered Managers, Directors, and Executives). The Academy offers 3 clear, flexible coaching pathways designed to fit around the intense schedules of working senior professionals. Every pathway is self-directed, designed to empower individual leaders, enable sustainable practice, and deliver measurable transformation.
Silver - The Accelerate Pathway - 3 months -Â Deep dive into Personal and Service Leadership, resolving rapid operational friction, and establishing baseline culture.
Gold - The Advance Pathway - 6 Months - established managers and clinical leads scaling their impact across multiple teams or units. Integration of Workforce Leadership, establishing reflective supervision frameworks, and mastering complex legal interfaces.
Platinum - The Transform Pathway -Â 12 - months -Â Comprehensive mastery across all 4 domains, culminating in a supervised Organisational Transformation Project that impacts systemic governance.
Specialist Courses
We offer specialist courses in dementia, all age safeguarding, interface between safeguarding and patient safety and the management of complex individual cases. These courses are delivered at Level 3, 4 and 5. Our approach and delivery model is centred around transformation, empowering and competence based and person led and person centred care and practice, which focuses on changing behaviours, perceptions, attitudes and values.
