I'm Pat Hobson
With over 3 decades of experience, our Independent Nurse Consultant Pat is dual qualified in both mental health and general nursing, offering a comprehensive perspective on dementia care, safeguarding, and the management of individuals with complex needs. Pat gained her Msc in Gerontology in 2013 (which focused on key aspects relating to mental capacity and safeguarding in older people, and a Bsc Nursing in 2001 (in which her research was on rehabilitation in people with dementia). Her professional journey began in 1994, when she first stepped into the field of dementia care, commitment that has shaped her career and influenced practice across the health and social care sectors.

I'm Mark Hobson
With 28 years of experience as a Social Worker, Mark brings a wealth of specialist knowledge and practical expertise across a wide range of complex areas, including mental health, forensic mental health, prison settings, physical disabilities, children and families, older people and dementia care. His extensive and diverse background has equipped him with a holistic and adaptable approach to supporting individuals, teams, and organisations in the most challenging of circumstances.
